One team.
From idea
to delivery.

Creating custom apparel brings together creative decisions, technical details and production coordination. Threado manages these parts together, so you have one team to work with throughout the project.

Come with a finished design or ask us to help develop one. We’ll shape the support around what your project needs.

Design & Branding

Give the idea a clear direction.

If you know what you want the apparel to achieve but haven’t worked out how it should look, we can help turn that starting point into a garment concept.

We consider the whole piece: its shape, colours, artwork and details, and how they represent your business, team or community.

Creative & Art Direction

Develop the visual direction through references, moodboards, colour palettes, graphics and collection styling.

Branding

Create or refine the identity behind the apparel, including logos, colours, typography and guidance for applying them to garments.

Apparel Design

Work through garment styles, artwork placement, collars, cuffs, labels, trims, names and numbering.

The creative scope is agreed around your starting point. If your artwork is ready, we can focus on preparing the product for sampling and production.

Development & Sampling

Work out the details before making the order.

A design needs clear material and construction decisions behind it. We help translate the concept into specifications that can be sampled and manufactured.

Recommendations are based on how the garment will be worn, the look you want, your quantity and your budget.

What we work through

  • Fabric type, weight and feel
  • Fit, cut and sizing
  • Colours and garment construction
  • Printing or embroidery methods
  • Labels, trims and finishing
  • Production specifications

Review before bulk production

Where a physical sample is required, it gives you the opportunity to assess the fabric, fit, colour, artwork and finishing. We work through adjustments and confirm the agreed specifications before production begins.

Sampling requirements, costs and timing are confirmed for your project.

Production & Quality

Keep the approved details at the centre of production.

Once the sample and specifications are approved, Threado coordinates manufacturing against the agreed product requirements and timeline.

Our production capabilities in Vietnam support different garment types, materials and customisation methods. You continue working with Threado as the order moves through production.

What we manage

  • Production coordination
  • Garment construction and customisation
  • Printing, embroidery, labels and trims
  • Checks against the agreed specifications
  • Preparation for shipment

Checked before delivery

Finished apparel is reviewed for relevant details such as measurements, construction, colours, artwork, branding and finishing. The aim is to identify discrepancies before the order reaches you.

Delivery & Reorders

From the completed order to the final handover.

After production and quality checks, we coordinate shipment and delivery. Delivery requirements form part of the project planning, so let us know your destination and required date when you enquire.

Planning for the next order

Key product specifications can be documented and referenced for future production. This gives us a clearer starting point when you need additional pieces or want to develop the product further.

Reorders

For a reorder, we’ll confirm the quantity, available materials, any requested changes and the current production requirements.
